「The room was very clean when we arrived and was consistently well-maintained throughout our entire stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything fresh, organized, and comfortable each day. The housekeepers and all the other staff members we encountered were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. 「We had a great time, everyone was very friendly and helpful, and everything was clean. The description of the hotel and amenities were 100% accurate, and there is a lot to do within walking distance. We will definitely return.」

「We had a beautifully, clean 2 bedded apartment with nice balcony views over the beach and Singer Island. We had a few minor problems the sliding doors in both rooms kept opening after they were closed. The remote control was not working in one of the bedrooms and in the other bathroom there was no hot water but apart from that all was good. We did not use the kitchen. The pool and beach area was nice. We ate on the beach and the food was first class, the service on the beach was really good...

「The facility is dated and tired. When trying to add Bonvoy number to my reservation over the phone with the front desk, I was on hold for an extended time and finally gave up and hung up. Not worth the cost. On a good note, sheets were soft and great pillows.」
