Not Recommended for Families with Young Children Booked for 3 nights, stayed only 1 with my 1.5-year-old daughter mainly due to safety concerns: 1. **Unsafe Environment**: Concrete floors and narrow stairs posed fall risks. Curtain cords at dangerous heights for children. 2. **Hazardous Layout**: Appliances easily accessible to children, requiring constant supervision. 3. **No Refund**: Charged for all 3 nights despite early checkout due to safety issues. 4. **Faulty Laundry**: Washing machine had persistent errors, making it unusable. While possibly suitable for business travelers, this hotel is not family-friendly. The lack of safety features and inflexible policies make it unsuitable for those with young children. Consider alternative accommodations that prioritize family safety.

シンガポールでの滞在

アーリーチェックインは出来なかったものの、チェックイン前に荷物は預かって頂きました。またコーヒーを飲んでいきますか？と声をかけてくださり、17階にある宿泊者専用のスペースに通してくれました。夜中のフライトで疲れていたのですが、お陰で少し休めました。スタッフの皆さんはとても親切でした。問題は部屋です。初めに案内された部屋には小さいハエがたくさんいて、シンガポールだから多少は仕方ないと思いましたが、10匹以上殺してもまだまだ出てきました。また、ベッドの枕元にもハエの死骸が。カビ臭いし、流石に気持ち悪かったので、部屋を変えてもらいました。次の部屋では小さいアリがたくさんいました。アリは飛ばないので、殺虫剤だけ撒いてもらって我慢しました。ある日は帰ってきたらカードキーが使えないようになっていたり、コーヒーマシンを利用したら小さい蜘蛛のような虫が出てきたこともありました。他にも、部屋のカーペットが汚かったり、風呂のドアが閉まらなかったり、お湯がすぐ出なくなり冷たくなるなど、なかなか大変な思いをしました。決して安くはない値段を払いましたが、もう少し高いお金を出してもマリーナ地区にすればよかったかなと思います。よかったところは、スタッフの方が親切だったこと、駅から直結していたこと、下にコールドストレージという地元のスーパーがあったり、カヤトーストやモスバーガー、スタバが揃っていたことです。

Love this apartement hotel

Staffs at the reception were friendly and helpful. Comfortable layout for the interior, able to do laundry for my long stay, able to cook some simple meal in the kitchenette, excellent fitness centre, etc. I had a very pleasant stay.

Good for long stay

Have been travelling to Singapore very often for business trip. Found this hotel with good amenities and facility such as washing machine and fully equipped fitness centre to accommodate my long stay. In addition, I appreciated the staffs at the front desk demonstrating a high quality of service and hospitality. Despite its location is a bit far from the city centre, the MRT station is conveniently found underneath the building. I'll definitely go back again whenever I visit Singapore.

Generally excellent stay - very spacious and has everything you want in an aparthotel (washing machine, kitchen). One thing we noticed about the staff that came to clean - she cleaned the bathroom and took the trash, and then without washing her hands, put new towels out! We asked her for new ones (she still didn't wash her hands) and then declined cleaning for the rest of the time we were there.

The team was easy to connect with regarding to arrival change and made staying there relaxing. The blinds in the bedroom area did not go all the way down, so I reported it to the front desk. Someone was promptly sent to check it, so just said that 'it's broken'. As someone who was traveling from the other side of the world, I got sleepy during the day and it was challenging to nap with the light in my face.

I was very much disappointed as my expectation had been set on the 4-rated hotel with good reputation. First of all, the real place was far older than the photos in the expedia. You may expect a very nice and renovated brand new hotel with the photos, yet you will meet a very old-felling hotel on-site. Second, the air-condioner smelled very bad so I was not able to turn them on. I faced the humidity as well as high temperature by myself. Lastly, but not least, I met a cockroach in the middle of room near at its last breath, upside down. This indicates that the maintanece working hard to kill bugs, but its not pleasure to meet cockroach in the room. This will be my last stay in the brand of CITADINE in my life.

Fantastic place to stay and the room view was incredible. Very nice layout in the room I was in and the staff were helpful/prompt. Note that in the summer, the hotel is open and the hallways are very warm. Although there was a bit of wear and tear in the room, it didn't take away from the function. Highly would recommend.

I like the metro station is inside the same building as the hotel, which made me feel I can reach to many places in Singapore without going out of the building. The room is very spacious with a lot of ground to top windows, very nice city view and very quiet. There are food court and supermarkets downstairs which are very convenient. I love this hotel, maybe I will live here again if I come back.
