"No room cleaning or towel check for day 2. They do not answer the phone before 4 pm check in. just a duvet on bed no sheet! Wouldn't stay there again. "

"Everything was super superb!!! I was actually shocked at how nice and friendly all the staff were here compared to result of the terrible experience that I encountered at their neighbours location, the Days inn in downtown Sault Ste. Marie were I was rudely harassed and denied service by the racist feminine Philipino boy who works at the front desk during the evening/night shift. I was relocated to the Holiday Inn express in Downtown Sault Ste. Marie and it is now my new favourite hotel. I love this hotel and all the staff are great!!! Thanks again to all of their staff, the friendly Philipino man who checked me out and the two beautiful friendly ladies who checked me in and the beautiful lady who was so helpful and kind to everyone in the breakfast area, you all are truly very amazing people. See you again soon"

"Beautiful cabin and ultra quiet. Fantastic views including a couple eagles who enjoyed the dock. Looks exactly like the pictures. Great water pressure and zero issues. We definitely recommend this property and host. "

"The house was clean and tidy. It was comfortable. There were nice books to read, and games on display to play. Kid friendly. The TV is a ROKU, so you would need to log in to your streaming account. The internet worked well. The kitchen had utensils, pots, pans, towels, scissors, batteries, dish soap, plastic wrap, salt/pepper/ spices etc. The fridge and freezer were clean. The bathroom had soaps, band aids and general toiletries which was convenient. The entrance had a bucket of salt if the stairs were slippery which was helpful, since I stayed in the winter months. Spare blankets, and a variety of pillows were available as well. "
