「extrem ruhig gelegen, Trotz Untergeschoß sehr angenehme großzügige Wohnung - man kann sich echt zu Hause fühlen. Durch ein etwas abgetrenntes Schlafzimmer gibt es genug Rückzugsmöglichkeit auch für einen wirklich schönen Kurzurlaub mit Familie (Eltern, 2 jugendliche Kinder und Großeltern.)」

Superb hotel and treatments but poor service upfront in the email on line booking - fortunately on arrival by having to escalate everything we got our special meal and spa -but don't know why the "total guest service" agents failed before then by neither responding nor booking what we asked for」
