Villa Riviera is a modern and bright holiday home, perfectly designed for family vacations, combining comfort, tranquility and spacious indoor and outdoor areas for a memorable stay.



The living and dining area on the ground floor offers a welcoming and functional space, ideal for family and friends to gather. This floor also has a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with two bunk beds, and a bathroom with shower.



On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed en suite with bathtub, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a bedroom with two single beds en suite with shower. This floor also includes an additional bathroom with shower, and all rooms have access to balconies with views of the outdoor area.



On the lower floor there is a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with two bunk beds, and a bathroom with shower.



The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and connects directly to the outdoor area, allowing for easy and relaxed meals.



There is also a games room with snooker, table tennis and foosball, providing entertainment for all ages.



Outside, the heatable pool (custo adicional), two jacuzzis (custo adicional), the BBQ and the outdoor dining area provide excellent moments of leisure, relaxation and fun.



Villa Riviera is located in Armação de Pêra, just a few metres from the beach and close to shops, restaurants and bars, offering convenience and a full beach experience.



The changeover day for this property is Sunday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The jacuzzi offers an unparalleled wellness experience, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquility and making the most of the special moments of your holiday.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 300 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 18 guests

From the 19th to the 26th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
