Villa Charlotte is a modern and spacious 9-bedroom villa, with a heatable pool, 2 XL jacuzzis, 8 bathrooms and much more. Located in Armação de Pêra, just 850 metres from the beach, it offers stunning sea views and was designed to provide a luxurious and comfortable stay.

With capacity for 26 + 8 people, this villa has various amenities to ensure unforgettable holidays.

On the lower floor, there is a games room equipped with a billiards table, ping pong and table football. There are also 4 bedrooms: one with 4 single beds, one with 2 single beds, one with a double bed and another with 4 bunk beds (sleeps 8), as well as a full bathroom and a toilet. Two rooms have underwater windows to the pool.

On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms (3 with private bathrooms) and a separate bathroom.

On the ground floor, there is a double room with a private bathroom and a guest toilet. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine. The spacious living room opens onto the pool terrace through glass doors.

The exterior invites relaxation, with sun loungers, a heatable pool (optional extra), outdoor dining area and barbecue. At the end of the day, enjoy one of the 2 XL jacuzzis (optional extras) or appreciate the sunset on the panoramic terrace with sea views.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). 

Group deposit: € 400 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 26 guests.
From the 27th to the 34th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
