Villa Bonita Brenda is a modern and spacious property, ideal for families and groups seeking comfort, elegance, and relaxation in the Algarve.



The bright and open living and dining area provides a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for spending quality time with family and friends.



On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom, as well as a guest bathroom, offering practicality and comfort throughout your stay.



On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms, all en suite with showers, and one bedroom with two single beds and a shared bathroom with shower, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests.



On the lower floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower, ideal for those seeking a more private and peaceful space.



The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, offering all the functionality needed to prepare and enjoy meals together.



Outside, the villa features a spacious leisure area with a BBQ, perfect for outdoor dining, as well as a heatable pool (additional cost) and a jacuzzi (additional cost), creating the perfect setting for relaxation. It also includes a games room with a snooker table and table football, along with private parking.



Located in a quiet area of Armação de Pêra, close to the beach, bars, restaurants, and the lively seafront promenade.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The jacuzzi offers an unparalleled wellness experience, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquility and making the most of the special moments of your holiday.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 400 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 12 guests



However, it is possible to accept 8 more guests, who will be accommodated on additional beds.
