Villa Boa Vida is an elegant 4-bedroom villa located in a quiet neighbourhood, just a few minutes’ walk from Armação de Pêra. With stunning sea views, a private pool, and a rooftop jacuzzi, it offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday.

The villa accommodates 8+2 guests. On the first floor, you’ll find 2 double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. On the ground floor, there are 2 more bedrooms – one double and one twin (which can be converted into a double) – also with en-suite bathrooms. There is an additional guest W.C. The extra guests (9th and 10th) are accommodated on a sofa bed, subject to an additional fee.

The spacious living/dining area features modern decor and connects to an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen. Glass doors open directly onto the pool area, where you can relax on the sun loungers, take a dip in the solar-heated pool, or enjoy a game of ping pong. The outdoor dining area and barbecue make it ideal for family meals.

The rooftop terrace, with jacuzzi (optional extra), offers amazing panoramic views. The property also includes parking for 4 cars and sockets for electric vehicle charging.

Just minutes from beaches, restaurants, and shops, Villa Boa Vida is the perfect choice for enjoying the Algarve in comfort and privacy.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). 

Group deposit: € 400 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings.

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 guests.
From the 9th to the 10th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
