This is a brand new house built in 2024 that has 3 bedrooms including 2 king beds and 2 queen beds (one queen is a murphy bed in the loft). This cozy retreat offers a tremendous open living room with 2 story views of Kendall mountain and the Animas river. Enjoy the convenience of walking into downtown Silverton, or skiing right from the house over to Kendall mountain recreational area. We know that you'll enjoy your stay at our house.
