Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, you’ll enjoy both privacy and convenience—just minutes from Silverthorne’s shops and restaurants, and within 25 minutes of four world-class ski resorts: Keystone, Copper, Breckenridge, and Vail.
Expansive windows bring in natural light and frame mountain views throughout the home. An open floor plan, high ceilings, and stylish furnishings make this retreat ideal for gathering with family and friends.

-Quiet hours: 9 p.m.–7 a.m. (be VERY mindful of hot tub use after 10 p.m.)
-Be a good neighbor by keeping outdoor voices and music low, especially when enjoying the hot tub
-No parties or events without prior approval
-Please use plastic glassware in the hot tub (provided)
-No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
-No pets (thank you for understanding—some guests have allergies)
-Please remove outdoor shoes when inside the home
-For winter stays, a 4WD vehicle with snow tires is strongly recommended
