Blue River Run is a beautiful 3 bedroom plus den, 3.5 bath townhouse with a private lot located in Silverthorne on the Blue River with gorgeous mountain views. Sleeps 8. Views of the Gore Mountain Range, forest, and river. Large private deck that overlooks the river with a dining set that seats 6, plus bar seating and gas grill. Vaulted ceilings let in lots of light. Granite tile counters in the large kitchen. Heated 2 car garage plus additional 4 surface parking spaces. Hardwood floors, free WiFi (1Gbps -FAST), free cable and full-size washer and dryer in unit. Living room has comfortable theater-style reclining furniture, 75" flatscreen and gas fireplace in living room.

Dining table seats 6 and the kitchen bar seats 2. The lower level features a patio facing the river, a wet bar, laundry room with full-size washer and dryer and garage entry. Walk right out to the recreation/bike path that runs along the river.

Please note: To reserve this unit a $500 Refundable Security Deposit is required. Deposit will be refunded once the unit is inspected after your stay.

Friends ski trip

Outstanding stay. Property was well equipped to cook and plenty of room for our group of 10. Location is great and very accessible. Host was great at answering question. We would recommend and stay again.

Ok property, broken shower and no hot water in downstairs bathroom

We had an ok stay at the property. We had a group of 6 friends and there was plenty of space for us. The property unfortunately wasn't very clean. The carpets on the bottom floor and the sofas were a little sticky and dirty. There was no hot water in one of the bathrooms so the showering situation was not ideal. One of the shower heads was also broken and we had to squat for one of the showers. Overall it was ok for the price. Appreciate the host giving good instructions.

Spring Break Ski Trip

Great house. Plenty of room for our group. Well stocked kitchen with necessities. Conveniently located near Copper Mountain, Keystone, ski rental, and shopping. Hosts responded to questions immediately. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Perfect location for our family to gather for a weekend. Lots of space and a kitchen that was well stocked with all the necessities that you could possibly need. Lots of space to spread out and plenty of games etc for the kids to play. Centrally located with lots to do in the area. Would definitely stay again!
