Good wifi and provided access to Netflix without using your personal account was a bonus. Convenient access to ski rentals and Gondola. 「A quaint and older condo, very cozy and just enough room for 5-6 people. The place was clean and just as described. Conveniently located, within in walking distance to everywhere in downtown Winter Park. The only thing that was remotely negative was the refrigerator was a bit loud, and with it being a condo thr people upstairs moving around would be a bit noisy, but that’s to be expected. I would stay here again again.」

「I have a similar 3bdr condo in Hi Country Haus, but it is rented long term at the moment. This condo has been renovated very nicely with the addition of an island in the kitchen and wine bar. Because of the renovation and the quite location on the river, I believe this is the nicest unit in HCH. I was very impressed!」

「Our family of 4 stayed here for a couple of days of skiing at Winter Park. The condo was perfect for us. It was clean and well maintained and exactly as advertised. We found everything we needed for our stay. We even enjoyed some sledding on the hill outside the condo thanks to a couple of sleds that are kept out on the balcony. The check-in process was easy and communication was good. We'd stay here again.」
