My stay at this hotel was absolutely spectacular. The hotel is extremely comfortable, well-maintained, and perfectly located. Everything is close by, with many great dining options within walking distance, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Transportation to the theme parks is very convenient, with shuttles running constantly, making it easy and stress-free to get around.
The staff truly deserves five stars. Everyone was professional, friendly, and attentive—from the front desk team to the housekeeping staff. I would especially like to mention a very kind Venezuelan lady with gray hair who takes care of the lobby restrooms. Unfortunately, I don’t remember her name, but she was always incredibly attentive and kept the bathrooms spotless at all times. Her dedication and warmth truly stood out.
Overall, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a great location.

The room was great! Clean but a bit outdated as evidenced by tears in carpet and breaks in the tile in the bathroom. The view was awesome! I would stay here again. Only complaints are one of the elevators was not working on the weekend we were there, lack of parking and I was charged $250 for a incidentals which was credited back a day after check out hence the 4 star review. There was no notice of this charge and I was not forewarned or informed during check-in. I credit management though for having staff out in the parking lot to direct where to park late in the evening and the speedy return of the deposit. I have stayed at other hotels where it took a week to return this incidental fee and staff was polite to explain.
