"Our stay was for 2 nights. The room was clean, staff was friendly and professional. Did not need laundry facilities or use the pool. Very happy with our stay."

"Room was ok the ac worked well. Tub drained extremely slow, water and temp control knob was very loose and difficult to operate.house keeping emptied trash and took soiled towels, but didnt leave clean ones. had to go request clean towels . Tv had very limited channel selection and no guide to see what was available. The property was quiet."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Ace in the Hole property in Mesa. The house was a good set up for the 5 adults and 3 children that came for a week get away. It’s in a nice neighborhood and Summit Park right adjacent to the house was nice to take the kids for a walk and we went there every morning. We used the pool everyday as well as the hot tub…The whole outside area was very suitable for adults as well as children.Plenty of other things to do close by as well, took the kids to FatCats a couple times which is really close. Overall a great place for a family getaway. Paul our property manager made everything from checking in to our final goodbye very seamless.I don’t really have a negative thing to say about this property."

"Room was discussing Staff was friendly Had to wake them up cause of time checked in :( Broke my toe from the bed after bed fell when I sat on it and broke staff had to come put bed on floor, all around bad experience had to leave and they moved me to different hotel 2 blocks away which was better but not much no hose keeping dirty towels hot tub not working. "

"We planned to stay for a week with our extended family, and unfortunately had to leave after the first night. Great property with a lot of potential but unfortunately has not been maintained. The overall cleanliness lacked, the grills grease trap started a small fire upon being lit, and multiple scorpions were found in the home and on the property. An exterminator was sent to the property within hours of our call to management but given the scope of the problem, and the danger posed to children traveling with us, we were uncomfortable staying. In the end we reached a resolution that worked for all and we left the property. Management was disrespectful and difficult to work with. The owner we spoke to was helpful and kind. Without maintenance, a deep clean, and an extensive extermination effort, we would not return. "
