We found our 2nd floor room to be clean and tidy. Towels were restocked every other day per our request. We slept comfortably every night! Breakfast was what you would expect from a quick hotel breakfast. There were breakfast sandwiches one day, mini breakfast burritos and bacon the following day, plus the usual pastries, bagels and oatmeal. We appreciated there being plenty of restaurants and a few grocery stores near by.

Disappointing stay, especially since we have stayed in other Residence Inns which are better. We had asked for housekeeping at check in during our 4 night stay and the housekeeping only came in once to empty the garbage. Didn’t make the beds, let alone clean anything. If you are looking for friendly hospitality from the front desk, look elsewhere. The gym did not have any cleaning wipes. Washer and dryer were available and in working order (though they only took quarters). Location-wise, it is convenient and is close to a supermarket, gas station, and a few restaurants.

Breakfast one morning - no daily milk, limited juice, no hot chocolate packets (I saw kids asking for it, yet it was put out later after breakfast was closed). The kitchen was clean. I didn’t like that the tv was not working properly. There was one tv I put down that I had 2 adults and a child that was 5. So having two tvs would be a must. The internet did not work. They kept saying a tech was coming. The whole time was not pleasant with no internet and one broken tv. The bathtub was good. The breakfast was good but not great.

The main complaints are the tv and the breakfast. The TV guide was on a different time zone and not accurate at all. The breakfast available contained cheese in all hot food and even the muffins and bagels. For someone that does not like cheese it didn't leave many options.

We reported blood stain on the sheet. The employees were all surprised they didn’t replace the sheets. We were really shocked We arrived 2/3am so went straight to bed in the morning We reported first thing to inform the bed sheets were not clean at all, they said they would take care of it right away, then we had to report second time as the sheets were not replaced when we got back at 7p. They replaced it on the spot. We waited in the room while replaced it. The employees who were working on Thanksgiving day were all very friendly and totally felt bad for the situation and suggested we report this to manager etc The manager following morning said Expedia will issue refund. Please advise if there is anything you can do to expedite this issue. I’m only writing because we didn’t get the refund for one night of 3 nights we stayed … Thank you
