"Solid property with lots of amenities and an EXEMPLARY host. Mark was the consummate professional host: welcoming, flexible. and responsive. The house was perfect for our needs, well cared for and and well stocked. Thoughtful instructions are provided for common questions (even a cheat sheet for the hot tub). There IS a significant damage deposit, but we understand that's to make sure that guests are responsible. We have relatives close by and will be back, such that we'll be checking in to see if this property is available for our next visits to the East Valley."
