"The staff at this hotel were very friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The only issue we faced was with the system update when I upgraded to a VIP room. Unfortunately, the system was not updated properly, and I was stopped at the door for verification, which was frustrating and uncomfortable, especially with my family waiting by the door. Aside from this, everything else was wonderful, and the staff truly made our stay enjoyable."

"I stayed at the DoubleTree Salitre for the Green Day concert at the Vive Claro Arena, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, always friendly and attentive. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, perfect for resting after an eventful night. I also really enjoyed the food at the hotel — tasty and well-prepared, with great service. The location is also convenient if you’re attending events nearby. Overall, I felt very well taken care of, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"
