La casa è molto pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. La posizione è ideale per gite nei dintorni. Die Wohnung ist für 4-5 Gäste ausgelegt, aber es gab nur 2 Liegestühle. Ebenfalls nachgefragt: der Besitzer gestattet nur max 2 Liegestühle pro Wohnung. Keine Sonnenschirme am Pool, kein Schatten und das bei 34 Grad.」

"フィレンツェの玄関サンタマリアノベッラ駅とドゥオーモの中間にあります。古い建物ですが、部屋の内部は現代的。　アイロンのピリッと効いたイタリアらしいシーツや枕カバー、24時間使えるコーヒーマシン付きの朝食の間にはテーブルクロスのかかった机や椅子が多数あり芸術的にも素晴らしい天井画が私たちを楽しませます　スタッフの皆さんのキビキビした働きぶりや笑顔に加えて、部屋に置いてあるサンティッシマアンヌンツアイータのアメニティのいい香りもこの旅行の思い出になりました。良いものを手を加え、次の時代に引き継いでいくという大切さを感じた旅行でした。"

"最初に割り当てられたのが駅のエントランス正面で窓も開けられず、ルームチェンジしてもらったらマシになったが、ドアスコープもドアチェーンもなく、気温24度とかでもエアコンも換気もなく。またエレベーターが小さくて何度も乗れずチェックアウトに遅れそうになった。そこそこの値段なのにこんなホテル初めて。良かったのは駅近ということだけだった。"

"立地が良く、満足です。駅からは割と近いですが、通りが混雑し道幅も狭いので、日中は駅からホテルまでスーツケースを引いて歩くのは結構大変かもしれません。乗り物の利用が良いと思います。部屋は広くて綺麗。ティーバッグをいろいろ置いてもらえて嬉しかった。シャワーブースはヨーロッパの一般的な広さ。私は問題なかったです。清掃も毎日丁寧でした。壁は薄めかと思いました。音が気になる方はちょっと辛いかも。私はむしろ実家のような安心感で落ち着きました笑特筆すべきはスタッフさんたちの温かい対応です。外出時に都度鍵をフロントに預ける必要があるため、ちょうど良い機会とイタリア語で話しかけると、どの方もとても親切に話してくれて、嬉しかったです。朝食スタッフも本当に親切。メニューはほぼ一定ながら、盛り付けが日によって工夫されていたりと温かみがあり、滞在が楽しかったです。ホテルの向かいの広場が普段着のフィレンツェという風情でこれもまた良いです。また訪れたいホテルです。 Thanks so much for your warm welcome.
