Maria is thoughtful & accommodating. The apartment is well curated in furnishings and supplies. Everything was well taken care of. All questions and requests promptly answered. The apartment as well as the condo building are well cared for. Office very friendly. Location across from public beach access# 11 very convenient. Only fly in ointment from enjoying the huge wrap around deck as much as we’d like is the incessant traffic noise & car fumes from Beach Road.

The balcony and location is perfect for Siesta Key, especially during the 4th of July. Our flight got in really late our first big by there and we had some minor issues getting into the condo but otherwise it was a great stay. Loved the property!

Great space with amazing view

Couldn't have been a better location for my two kids and I to visit Siesta Key. Great amount of space inside, amazing view of beach and Gulf from inside and outside on the absolutely huge patio!

You won’t regret staying here!

We had the best time here! The location is perfect and the view is amazing! The owner is the sweetest. They had everything g we needed for the beach which was perfect since we flew down! 20/10. We will definitely be back!

Great vacation spot

Beautiful top floor wrap around balcony with excellent ocean views. Easy walk to the beach. Spacious rooms and accommodations. Gated parking. Good beach supplies. The umbrellas could be better, we struggled with them a lot when we just wanted to relax. I'd suggest purchasing your own hardy beach cover. We didn't have a working microwave, so warming food in the oven was inconvenient. Great location overall.
