Welcome to Island Sun, a gorgeous beach getaway with three-bedrooms and two-bathrooms located directly across from Siesta Key Beach! Enjoy the Florida sunshine in the shared backyard that has a sparkling pool. Vacation dreams come true at Island Sun!

Take the stairs up to your private side of the duplex and immediately feel the vacation vibes as you walk in. There is a beautiful nautical seating area with two sofas and a large TV. The kitchen has a stove, a fridge, basic cookware, and there is a chic dining table as well as countertop seating. Through the sliding glass doors is the deck that has seating and overlooks the pool.

The primary bedroom has bright beach décor, a premium mattress, plenty of storage space, and a TV. The guest bedrooms have calming colors with a delightful nautical touch. The upstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the downstairs bathroom has a shower and tub combination. A washer and dryer are available for guest use.

Loved the pool and being so close to beach! rental was steo up with towels for beach chairs wagon and cooler just show up with your bathing suit and your set!

Perfect location and beautiful home. Pool was really nice to have although there were a couple safety hazards in some of the pavers around the pool. We became familiar with them and avoided them. The only other issue we had was the water pressure for the shower was very weak. It was not a pleasant shower thats for sure. Otherwise everything was great!

Great spot for a smaller group

This was a great condo within walking distance of beach, shops and restaurants! There are a lot of stairs so be ready for that! Management could go through the kitchen and thin out all of the gadgets and utensils. It had more than you need and left little room for grocery storage. We will be back!!

Beautifully decorated and very clean rental within walking distance to beach access and town. The beach was one of the most beautiful we have been to and I liked the fact the location was near the quieter end of the beach away from the public access down the street. Very nice heated pool to come back to from the beach and swim in the evening. Management was very accommodating and sent maintenance right over to replace batteries in our lock box. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location across the street from the beach and a half mile to the village. House was clean with a great pool and game room for entertainment. Provided chairs, small cooler and cart for traveling. Had an. Issue with the door lock a d the maintenance was there to fix it in 5 minutes.

Location, Pool, Host Communication Great

Host communication was clear and responsive. Location adjacent to public beach access path was fantastic. Home is great, fully stocked kitchen and abundant towels. Pool was perfect, with lots of shade. Plenty of parking available. The game room in the listing was the only disappointment, as its games were worn with missing parts, such as the missing air hockey paddle. Also, the game room has no HVAC, so usage during the summer months is going to be very warm.
