I'm keeping it simple, the property worked out well and nice location, however the booking agent/property manager was disgusting to deal with prior to arrival. A few days prior to arrival, we saw the weather for our beach getaway was 30 mph winds and 100% chance of rain. I called to see if we could move the dates to another time in May (not a refund) and they said no. I said we could move to a mid week when they weren't busy and they said look at your contract, no. I said they could tell us last minute when they had 2 empty days and they said no. I asked them to please call the owner as I am sure the owner would not want this review and they said they represent the owner and "this us what the owner wants". I then asked them to atleast refund the cleaning fee and the linen fee, as we were not going to come so they would not need to do either and they again said no and to look at the contract. I asked again to think about right and wrong and customer service, as I was trying everything to work with them , and they again just referred to the contract. I would ask that if you are looking for a property in this area and you have a few options you do NOT stay here. Maybe then they will learn about customer service.
