Island House Beach Resort- Siesta Key Florida, Crescent Beach - This lovely villa is located on the widest part of Crescent Beach. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa features privacy for your stay with a large living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, all appliances, central ac/heat, screened lanai and covered parking. This villa is a short walk through the resort to the beautiful azure and turquoise waters of the Gulf to sit and enjoy the sun, sand and surf. The beautifully maintained complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, a large, heated swimming pool, game room and scenic beach front courtyard featuring shuffleboard, corn hole, seating areas and gas grills where the sunsets are fantastic!

Ride the Siesta Key Trolley to the Village to enjoy restaurants and shopping or take a quick walk south to more shopping and restaurants. Feeling adventurous? Myakka Park is close, rent a bicycle to explore the wonderful key, kayak/paddleboard in the mangroves and explore the newly opened Midnight Pass on the south side of Siesta!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the condo very nice and clean. The internet was not great and tvs would just spin a lot. The tv in the master we never got to connect to internet.

The service was great when needed, location to shops and restaurants was very doable and everyone was very friendly. Also, as far as I could see the Island House was the only beach access that had trash cans on the beach to throw away garbage. I would most definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay. The place was great. Comfortable beds, hangers provided which aren’t always offered at places like this. The beach is just beautiful and we never had trouble getting a chair. We felt like we were able to safely socially distant from others at the complex. My only complaint is our place did not have a broom, and I think it would be really nice to offer at least 1 roll of paper towels, 1 sponge, a small thing of dish soap, and a glass cleaner for wiping down the tables. I think for the price we pay, those things should be included. Otherwise- loved it!

The pool is as close as can get and that was great since my mom is somewhat disabled and the fact that it’s climatized was just right for the cool days. The grills were great. I wish there were bathrooms close to the beach but that’s the only complaint.
