    Immaculate 3rd floor beach front condo overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! This condo has just been listed for rent and everything is new. Located in the desirable Island Reef complex on Siesta Key. This spacious condo features extraordinary views of the beach and sunsets from the front room, the lanai, the kitchen, and the master bedroom. Features a formal dining area and well-stocked kitchen with new appliances. Sleeps 4 comfortably with a king bed in the primary bedroom and a queen bed in the guest bedroom. Walk-in closet in the primary bedroom. Washer and dryer are in the unit, and free cable & WiFi are provided. Located at the quieter end of the island near Turtle Beach.

    Island Reef's Amenities include many social events, a private beach, tennis & pickleball courts, 2 heated swimming pools, fitness center, shuffle board, billiard and card rooms, barbeque areas, sauna, boat docks, kayak launch, and a large club house with kitchen facilities.

    Located just minutes from some of the area’s finest restaurants, shopping, golf courses, arts and entertainment. Hop on the Free Siesta Key Breeze Trolley and ride to Siesta Beach Pavilion and Siesta Key Village.

Great location and view

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Well maintained property, great location and view and the unit was very well appointed. The property manager was very responsive and communicative.

Gorgeous

The apartment was gorgeous, well presented, comfy beds and well equipped. The view was excellent with gorgeous sunsets. The pool was lovely and private beach access was a real bonus. Unfortunately we had x 2 hurricanes in 10 days requiring mandatory evacuations and after Hurricane Milton were unable to return to complete our holiday. We will go back and hopefully will manage to avoid the hurricanes. Such a shame as we loved the apartment. Only negative would be patchy internet and very poor mobile signal. Hence why we had problems contacting property management.
