Our newly Remodeled Siesta Key Ground Floor Apartment is in the heart of the Village of Siesta Key. This apartment is well appointed and professionally decorated with attention to detail and visitor comfort.The unit is fully furnished with most everything you will need for your stay on Siesta Key. There is even a washer/dryer inside the unit for your convenience! It is professionally managed by a local property management company that is available during your stay to make sure your visit is exceptional. You are just 200 steps to the powdery white sands that Siesta Key is famous for. You are also just 100 steps to the center of the Siesta Key Village, where you will find wonderful shops and restaurants to visit. This condo had everything we needed! The loaded cart/wagon was such a nice addition & unexpected - thank you! It was close to the beach (2 blocks) & Siesta Village. It was nicely furnished & very comfortable. We loved the keyless entry! The pool was nice too.

We so enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean, updated and had everything we could have possibly needed. It was a convenient walk to both the beach and the village which is amazing! We had such a memorable trip in large part to our little "home away from home." We loved this place and will definitely be back on our next trip to Siesta Key!!

Great location! Condo was very clean and we appreciated having beach chairs, an umbrella and even a cart for the beach. I loved that the condo had everything we needed for our stay and having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge bonus. Only thing we were disappointed in was the comfort of the sofa and wicker chair in the living room. We booked again and can't wait to return.

Easy walk or bike ride to beach, restaurants, groceries…we didn’t need to rent a car. The apt was a perfect fit for our 50th anniversary. Washer/dryer in unit. Plenty of towels & beach chairs. We would stay here again. Owner was very helpful.

Lovely condo Second time we stayed there. Only drawback is there is a condo upstairs so you do have to take your chances with the "neighbors". That's the chance you take. Some are more considerate than others. All in all a good vacation.

The property is walking distance to great restaurants and the local market. It was plenty of room for 4 people. We only had 2 but it would have been fine to bring friends or spouses. The pullout sleeper was surprisingly comfortable. Everything needed for the beach was provided (cooler, towels, chairs, etc). I would recommend it and stay there again.

It was a great location, but we did have issues. Broken shower head and mold in the shower. Cable went out and was not fixed during our stay. Older complex, but the furnishings were up to date.

My wife and I stayed here for a week. The unit was very spacious for us and most of all very clean! It had everything we need to enjoy the week. Including beach items, umbrellas, chairs and a wagon to load the items in. Try he pool just outside of the lanai was convenient. And speaking of convenient, was the LOCATION. Just steps from all the restaurants, bars and shops. The beach is about a 7 minute walk. We are looking forward to our stay here again in November, which is already booked. Shout out to Mike, for all his help.

Really enjoyed our stay. Very clean comfortable and clean. 5 minute walk to the beach, 30 second walk to the community pool. 5 minute walk to Siesta Village restaurants and pubs. We will definitely return. On a side note, there is much more than what is listed on the site for amenities. Perhaps the mgmnt could show a more detailed list., (i.e. iron, beach towels, etc.). We brought stuff we didn't need as it was already there,
