フロリダ州の美しいシエスタキーにあるシーシェルコンドミニアムを見ています。 私たちの家族は、インディアナ州フォートウェインの近くの小さな町から来ました。 1998年にコンドミニアムを購入し、それ以来レンタルしています。 コンドミニアムは、フロリダ州サラソタにあるシエスタキーのクレセントビーチに直接あります。 サラソタは、冬には中西部からの多くのスノーバード、春には春のブレーカー、夏と秋には行楽客がいる静かな退職コミュニティです。 シエスタキーのクレセントビーチは、米国で最高の評価を得ています。 写真からわかるように、美しい白い砂とリラックスした雰囲気があります。


土曜日から土曜日のレンタルのみをお願いします。 レンタル目的の月は、その月の最初の土曜日から始まる4週間で構成されます。

Great Family Spot Just Steps from the Beach

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. Just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge plus! Check-in and check-out were super easy too. Great spot for a family getaway!

Amazing stay

Everything was perfect! We didn’t have room for towels in our luggage and they went out and provided beach towels for us! We returned them but it was a great gesture for sure! We will be back again this year and years to come!

Beach Trip

My mother and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very comfortable and conveniently located. The beach access was great. We utilized the lounge chairs and umbrella set up for 20.00 per day..No beach towels were provided. Luckily I read an earlier review that mentioned this so we brought our own.

Perfect

This was the perfect place to stay for Spring Break on Siesta Key. The location is ideal, the sand is so soft, the condo is the perfect size. The balcony is small, but with a nice little view, and a lovely spot to sit and relax. The parking is convenient (low ceiling, beware if you drive a big truck). There is a washer and dryer just down the walkway by the elevator. There are plenty of free chairs on the beach and this unit has an umbrella in the closet, or you can pay for one out on the sand. My only advice is to bring your own beach towels. Hoping to get back to this place next Spring Break.

Great condo!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The kitchen was well equipped with everything to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The refrigerator and oven were brand new! The location of the condo is great especially to get on and off the key quickly. We would book this condo again!

Perfect Location

Located right over the bridge, across the street from Captain Curt's. Market and 7-11 across the street. Many restaurants and shops across the street too. Only 2 cons: 1) Pool is shaded mostly all day and very small. 2) No laundry inside the unit. Would definitely stay here again!

I will be back!!!

Our visit could not have been better. The location to restaurants and shopping is perfect. We walked right across the street to Captain Curts, Daiquiri Deck and Anna's Sandwiches. We hand plenty of room in the condo and the complex is right on the beach. It was clean, roomy and well equipped. There were pool toys, coolers and beach umbrellas, and the kitchen had everything we needed. I slept like a baby in the comfy King bed in the master The owner was super nice and answered any questions I had prior to my arrival. I'm getting ready to book another trip to my new "home away from home". Thanks Andrew, for sharing your lovely condo with us!!!

Nice Condo

Condo was very nice. It actually exceeded my expectations. Right on the beach and condo provides beach chairs. You can rent and umbrella for $15 per day. Restaurants, bars, shops and drug store are located across the street.

Perfect location

Amazing location right on the beach. This is our second year staying in this resort and will definitely be back. Condo was clean and comfortable. Owners were friendly and answered all my questions. Looking forward to our next stay.

Just steps from Crescent Beach this 2 Bdrm condo was clean, spacious and very comfortable.

Well equipped and quiet.

The location in the condos was fine. The view from the balcony was mainly of the next hotel and public beach entrance. You had to lean out of the balcony to see the beach, but the public beach entrance was entertaining with all different types of people coming and going. We were close to the elevators and the laundry room. The room was well equipped with everything you need. Lots of seating. One chair was broke and advised the owner and never heard back from him. The tub was old as it had peeling of the surface in it and the curtains in the master suite had a water stain on them. There were large closets and plenty of dresser space, but all in all the rooms were clean. Would have liked to have a linen swap out after one week.
