The overall stay was okay. Our room was located on the 1st floor and appeared to need some minor updates e.g. outlet covers did not cover the cutouts completely and looked somewhat unsafe for use, thermostat was hanging off the wall and the furniture needed some updating. We found the restaurant expensive, however the staff who greeted us were very nice and the hotel, including the room was very clean.

Everything was perfect for our one night stay at the Otter Hotel. The check in experience with the specialty coffee and tea selections was a highlight, they even have lactose free milk alternatives and send you to your room with a beautiful little package to make your drinks. Underground parking was very convenient and included in the rate. The hot tubs and sauna were a great way to end the day and the breakfast in the lobby restaurant was delicious and we had great service. We will definitely come back.
