This is a clean and charming hotel very centrally located in Siena. The morning and afternoon staff were very helpful. We will definitely stay at the Piccolo Hotel Etruria on our next visit. We will also recommend it to friends.

This hotel has a great location. The property is tired though. The bed was two twin beds pushed together, the shower door didn't close, and you had to play around with the key to open the door. After reporting the shower door problem, they did not fix it. They offer a breakfast for 30E each obviously so that no one will get it.

Great location near the plaza and many stores/restaurants. Everything works except for in room safe. No electric kettle even though I requested it. Good grocery store and coffee shop only steps away. Located in historic area and building. Big triple room and quiet setting and nice lounge on second floor. AC works well. I recommend this place and will stay there again. Richard from Canada.

While we were thankful for the private washroom it was really small. Shower was small but we managed to get clean. This property is a great location. Tons of restaurants and shopping. The square was fabulous. We ate dinner in a castle but the highlight was the valet parking. The garage you park at is about 15 minute drive to hotel. They drive you, help you with your luggage, pick you up at the end of your stay and drive you back to their garage. The ride to and from is INSANE. Twists and turns and hills, and tight turns not to mention 100’s of people walking around those same streets. I have driven in every major city in Canada and the US. This was unique. Very thankful for our drivers. We would definitely stay here again and we wished we had booked a longer stay.

A very basic hotel with few amenities, but in a great location as it's just steps away from Siena's main square. Just minutes walking to all the main sites. I stayed for just two night and it was perfectly convenient. A bit noisy in the evening but quieted down at bedtime.

Just a terrible hotel and location a long walk from parking. AC doesn’t work and no cups for water, no real towels for showers.

Fantastic location in Siena and the staff was helpful with everything from extra pillows to arranging cab to train station. Like many hotels in Italy, the bed & shower were a little small, and you need to have an Italy power adapter vs EU.

The hotel is in a great location. In walking distance for all sightseeing. We had a rental car, so parking was about 15 minutes away. You need to be careful about driving into a ZTL (traffic zones), which could result in a fine. (We did not realize this.) Hotel staff informed us of where to park and which streets to avoid the ZTL. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room did not work very well and it was very warm at night. Loved the area. Would stay here again.
