Room was very inexpensive so temper your expectations. Room had a non working phone, tv and some lights. No washcloth or hand towel. Beds were very hard. Shower, toilet and sink all in one small room. On the positive side, the air conditioner worked well and the room was clean and quiet. Not bad overall for the price.

Great location

This is a lovely recently restored hotel. Very comfortable a great pool and outside areas to relax. Well located to the main sights,shops, restaurants, markets which means the traffic and local noise also which is all part of being in the hub of it all. Helpful reception to organize transport and means. Delicious breakfast.

大通りから一本入った場所にあり、飲食店、コンビニ、スーパーなど、近くて便利。また、ホテルはグレートは低いものの、清潔で、スタッフも真面目。プールも綺麗に管理されていました。朝食は5種類でしたが、どれも美味しかったです。チェックインも深夜OKでしたが、最終日は深夜便のため、荷物を預かっていただき、その上、プールサイドでのんびり過ごさせていただきました。

위치 좋고, 가격도 좋고, 방도 크고

호텔에서 늦은 밤에도 무료로 픽업 해주고, 아침 식사도 좋구요, 근처 럭키몰, 대박식당 등등 편리했어요. 자유여행 할 툭툭 비용도 비싸지않게 구해줍니다. 자체 스파는 없지만 방으로 출장 마사지도 가능하구요^^ 수영장도 있어 여행 후 몸을 식히기 좋겠어요.

事前にホテルからメッセージが来たため何度かやり取りをして、送迎の確認が取れていたが、フライトが2時間遅延し、そのことを連絡したが返信なし。待っているはずのトゥクトゥクドライバーも居なかったため、自分で料金を払ってトゥクトゥクでホテルへ向かった。オプションツアーの連絡があったので、トゥクトゥクのツアー申し込みをしたが手配されなかったので、現地で自分でトゥクトゥクをチャーターすることになった。 部屋はシャワールームの窓が常に空いているので、虫が多い。シャワーの水はけが悪くすぐに水が溜まり流れ切るまで時間がかかった。 立地と料金の安さは良いが、不安要素のある宿です。

Bon hotel pour les budgets moyen

Petit hôtel sympa à une quinzaine de minutes de pub street à pied. Nous avions une chambre familiale avec 2 grands lits doubles. Les lits sont très grands mais moyennement confortables. La chambre est assez sombre mais il y avait une chouette terrace sur le davant. La salle de bains est grande mais moyennement fonctionnelle. Il y a très peu de place pour poser les affaires. Idem dans la chambre ou il y a une petite armoire dans laquelle ne rentre jamais les affaires de 4 personnes. Le petit dej est bon mais pas énorme. Malgré ces détails, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour au lavender hotel. La piscine est jolie et agréable en fin de journée et le personnel est agréable et souriant.

I had mixed feelings about this place. First of all, the cleaning staff needs more training. On surface all looks good, but on closer inspection it is just that, surface. In the room I was given I notices fresh blood stain in the sheets and when I left I asked those sheets to be changed. When I returned, they were not changed so I went to ask again and some reluctant front-staff changed them. Then I went to take shower in this tiny space that was combined toilet ja shower. Literally you could shower as you sit. Oh well, I dont need much space. But then I noticed something on the reiling. And looked down and noticed the same on the floor in the corner. Rat droppings.. needles to say I went to ask another room. I was shown another room in the same building but that smell like too much insence and had some hair in bathroom floor. The third room was better. Too big for me, but at least seemes clean. One thing I noticed though that one spoon in the coffee cups was used even though the cup was clean. So overall not impressed by their cleaning staff. And I left some loundry to do on my first day. It was promised for next morning. It was returned wet next night after I asked for it because I had early flight. I wish I could give better rating and that’s why I give 2/5 and not 1/5, because the hotel looks nice and clean, but only looks it. And they did help me to change the room.

Lovely little hotel in the center of Siem Reap. Everything was pretty much within walking distance. The room was clean and tidy and the complementary water was a nice and welcome touch. The staff was very friendly only they sometimes struggled with their English. Our tuk tuk ride for a sunrise view at Angkor Wat was not properly reserved by them, but a quick call solved this and a new tuk tuk showed up and we made it just in time for the beautiful sunrise. The bathroom has no screen and an open ventilation so be careful with the mosquitos that enter your room through there. The pool is a nice way to cool down during the hottest part of the day. The food is great and fairly priced. Overall a great relaxing stay!

Oaza klidu v centru mesta. Uzasny a cisty bazen s krasnym okolim, budovy hotelu zcela ciste bez plisni, personal mily, ale trochu pusobil dojmem ucnovskeho strediska. Snidane servirovane. So good that we returned

We loved this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. A lovely pool to return to after a hot day exploring the temples of Angkor. The staff will do all they can to assist you in what you need. We actually ended up returning to this hotel after a quick pit stop in Phnom Penh, highly recommend.

Booked for 3 nights and stayed for 5. Fantastic boutique hotel close to all that Siem Reap has to offer. The staff are incredible helpful but more than that they always smile. Very helpful for me. When traveling alone, all of this makes for a memorable trip!

居心地の良いホテル ( A cozy hotel )

一泊30ドル程度クラスのホテルとしては最高だと思います。まず、ロケーションですが、中心地（オールドマーケットやパブストリート）からは歩いて10分程度の距離にあり、周りにガイドブックにも載っている手頃なレストランやマッサージ店、クーレンという伝統的なダンスショーをする店もあって、滞在中日常生活には不自由しませんでした。他の旅行者に聞いたら、オールドマーケットのすぐ近くのホテルは夜カラオケや観光客でうるさくて落ち着けなかったり、郊外型の高級ホテルだと、周りが閑散としていて寂しい＆不便なので、このホテルのロケーションは絶妙だと思います。敷地の入口から宿泊する建物の間には中庭とプール、レストランがあるので、道路から離れているので夜も静かです。宿泊客は西洋人（7割）、東洋人（3割）という感じ、一人旅や家族連れ、恋人などいろいろですが、互いに気を遣わず程よい距離感で過ごすことができます。建物は比較的新しく、ベットマットもしっかりしていて（マットレスの真ん中が凹んでいて、寝て起きたら疲れるなどということはありません。私はこの点をホテル選びで最も重視しました）快適に寝ることができました。もちろん、エアコンや無料のミネラルウォーター（１日に２本）もあり、今回５泊しましたが、毎日清掃とシーツ交換もきちんとされていました。スタッフも、フレンドリーで親切だったので、帰りに一緒に写真を撮りました。朝食もついており、味はまあまあです。一つだけ欠点があるとすれば、バスルームのシャワーーの排水溝の水の流れがいまいちで、床の上に水が少し溜まることです（２分くらいで水は流れます）。水があふれかえるほどではなかったので、スタッフには言いませんでしたが、言えば掃除してくれると思いますので、もし詰まっていたら言いましょう。それ以外は特に不愉快な思いはしなかったので、値段を考えると、このホテルはおすすめです！！（追伸）プールの水は透明で、泳いでいる人たちは気持ちよさそうでした。水着を持っていくのを忘れたのが残念です。
