Nature resort with great comforts and service!

Great hotel nestled in a big trees and nature. The staff is so kind, friendly and helpful. We stayed for a week and had the villa suite. The suite was spacious and very comfortable. Wat Damnak area is the best… close to town but also far enough away that it is quiet. We will stay here again on our next trip to Siem Reap. Thank you!

Exceptional Property

I stayed with my older parents and brother for two nights surrounding a day trip to Angkor Wat. The property was exceptional and I wish I had stayed longer so we could enjoy it. The staff was exceptional throughout and the rooms were beautiful. Lina in the Spa provided one of the best massages I ever had. Joes Burger a 6 min walk down the street was also excellent. I highly recommend both.

Wonderful Hillocks Hotel and Spa

The stay at the Hillocks Hotel and Spa was extremely comfortable. Staff is very polite and attentive to the needs of the guests. Due to the non-tourist season not many guests were staying at the hotel and perhaps this was the reason that the menu at the restaurant had limited choice.

The staffs on duty were attentive, friendly and hardworking, but the property was not properly staffed by management. For example, room service kitchen was not available for all 3 nights that we stayed there, given the location is far from the center of town, we had to go to next door property for dinner at one point.

Fabulous attention to customers

The Hillocks was amazing. Great service. They provided us with breakfast baskets to go at 5am and opened their restaurant early to ensure we had breakfast before heading to the airport the next day. The hotel is new and although it is slightly out of the hotel zone, you are only a $2 tuk tuk ride from anywhere. Beds were very comfortable and the infinity pool was beautiful. Don't rent a taxi or car to do your tours. Tuk tuk are cheaper and much more enjoyable. The Hillocks booked Mike for us and we used him for 2 days. Book this hotel. You won't be disappointed.

Overpriced and Understaffed—stay elsewhere!

I get it, COVID. Hotels had to cut staff, scale back on amenities but lowered their prices & didn’t accept as many reservations, right? Not Hillocks.My friend recommended, she stayed over a year ago and paid $50/night. I paid $104/night and it was terrible. Cobwebs and mouse poop in my room, only 2 ppl cleaning for all 38 rooms & they were booked. For 2 days my room didn’t get cleaned until I showed them the photo of the mouse poop. I had to ask for more toilet paper every other day (I booked 7 nights, nonrefundable). Even when they would clean, they didn’t leave an extra roll. Breakfast was included & it had the potential to be great but again, only 2 people (that I saw) working it & 1 cook (running back & forth to refill food). Meaning, if you didn’t get there right at 6:30 am there was no coffee and no food and no clean plates and no clean tables. The staff couldn’t keep up. I got there at 6:50 this morning, the tables were still dirty from the morning before, no napkins & no coffee. Internet rarely worked. One night out of 7. I needed to change a plane ticket & book a hotel for another part of my trip. Got the spinning wheel of death even though all wifi bars were showing. I asked twice, they said “oh, must be slow.” Slow means it eventually loads the page. Not the case, I would get error msgs. saying “failed to load.” Had to go to a restaurant to change my flight & book things. Wished I could have left & gotten a refund!!!!! Maybe they’ll get it together in another year?

We had a wonderful stay at Hillocks Hotel & Spa. It is a beautiful property with a very friendly, accommodating staff. We had a wonderful time exploring Angkor Wat and Siem Reap and the cherry on top was being able to come back to Hillocks to recharge. Highly recommend

Superb service

Great staff! Sadly our stay was cut short due to airline cancellation, but the staff made adjustments and we still managed to get in abbreviated tours we had arranged through the hotel. Chen our driver is highly recommended and took us on a wonderful excited m express tour that hit all the highlights. We stayed in for dinner to enjoy the pool and were treated like royalty. In fact, we're calling it our pre-honeymoon. We both would like to go back and stay longer.

Good bit not Great

I would say this isn't as good as it looks, it certainly isn't five star. The air conditioning in our room wasn't sufficient meaning the room was very hot. There are a lot of staff however they don't seem to do much, breakfast ok and they kept running out of things such as the local beer. Not a disaster, but not amazing

wonderful place to stay in Siam Reap

For my check-in I had a new guy, who was very friendly but still learning. To make up for it, my room was upgraded. This wasn’t necessary, and I found this action promising. From this point on, service was excellent and extensive. My touring and travels were effortlessly handled by the team. We conversed via FB Messenger prior to arrival, and all changes/additions that occurred after my arrival were seamless. The banana shake is excellent! The 90 minute aromatherapy massage was exceptional. The pool is gorgeous. The food and drink available in the surrounding area is very good at all hours

Une équipe aux petits soins, très bons petits déjeuners avec un cuisinier pour vous faire toutes les préparations locales ou internationales demandées. A 5 minutes en tuk-tuk du centre de Siem Reap (l’aller est offert le soir pour aller dîner). Nous avons également fait 2 journées de visites dans les temples avec le chauffeur de l’hôtel, conduit très prudemment, serviette et bouteille d’eau fraîche à dispo après chaque visite. Un séjour très agréable !

High recommendation!

Wonderful service, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. They held a gala dinner, too- for Christmas Eve and it was a lovely spread with roasted meats and desserts, etc. High recommendation, would definitely come back

5성급이라 하기엔 그닥(개인적 의견)

좋다는 이용후기 보고 특히나 야외 자쿠지 때문에 이 호텔에 숙박하였는데 위치는 도심에서 좀 벗어나 한적하고 조용했지만 호텔에 들어오고 나가는데 고객에 대한 직원들의 응대 태도는 그다지 좋지 않았습니다. 단지 형식적인 인사 근처에 24시간 하는 커피숍이 있어서 커피를 좋아하는 저로서는 언제든 이용할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 또한 외부에서 현지 친구가 밤 늦게 방문했는데 호텔에 예약한 사람이 아니라고 하루 밤에 45달러 추가 요금을 요구 했습니다 짜증나서 알았다고 이야기 하고 잠깐 방에서 10분정도 이야기 하고 밖 커피숍에서 이야기 하고 현지 친구를 돌려보냈고 그것을 해당 야근하는 직원이 봤음에도 체크 아웃할때 요금을 청구하였습니다. 영어도 잘 안통하고 해당 직원이 오프인 관계로 그냥 지불했습니다. 체크인 할때 캐리어와 가방을 들고 2층에서 내려오다 계단에서 미끄러졌는데 직원들의 대응반응은 그다지 별로 였고 오히려 같이 체크아웃 하려고 뒤에서 따라오던 손님이 더 놀라고 직원한테 넘어졌다며 더 걱정해 주었습니다. 호텔 조경과 분위기 휴식을 위한 조용함은 장점이나 손님에 대한 배려나 응대모습은 5성급 호텔로 보기엔 무리가 있었습니다. 조식도 종류는 그다지 많지 않아 4일 내내 빵에 버터, 계란 후라이만 먹었습니다. 조식과 위치는 별로 좋지 않으니 고려하셔야 할듯합니다. 휴양을 위하신 분이시라면 솔직히 비슷한 조건의 다른 곳을 알아보시라고 말씀드리고 싶습니다.

Great hotel, nice staff, good drinks and food prices! Nice pool area and great rooms!Not mich around, tuktuk very cheap to go to the old market.

Amazing! Love this hotel. Nothing to complain!

Generaly everything was great! The hotel was not big but cosy and infomatu, Staff was amazing, helpful and supportive, rooms big and spacious, SPA and massages very very good with good price, breakfast especially fried rice with sea food so tasty, that was my best food in Cambodia as well as Amok. The cooking class with chef and visiting local market with chef was simple amazing! STRONGLY reccomend this hotel. Simply nothing to complain.

Great Hotel

Excellent service. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely decoration of our room as the trip was to celebrate our wedding anniversary. They were able to book our tour and guides for us which was very useful
