This hotel has a great location and the staff especially Chamnan was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit dated and but overall a great experience staying here. Note: you do hear the music from surrounding bars but that did not interfere with my sleep.

Grab the tuk tuk driver Tak and go see Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom and/or the 40 other sites - see it the Khmer way because it is like something you will never ever experience. .

Not many amenities, and we did not use a swimming pool. The location, however, is excellent. Many restaurants, many things to do. Pub Street is very nearby, and the temple is about a 20 minute ride. Staff, was also very, very good. There is no restaurant, but again, there is a great restaurant right next-door.

This hotel is an aging beauty, well past her prime, but refusing to let time ravage her. Its youthful staff is a counterpoint that emphasises, rather than hides, her noble but losing struggle. Once the finest hotel on Sok San Road, now she is surrounded by a bevy of younger, finer, and more expensive beauties. Yet she still stands, faded, patched, but proud. Stay with her if yiu want proximity to the youthful vigor of Sok San Road as it is today, but also seek to experience what the Road once was.

ロケーションとサービスについては、全く問題ありません！基本的に親切です。 また朝食も複数の種類から選べ美味しいです。 お部屋はなるべく奥をオススメします。 金曜日と土曜日の夜はパブストリートの騒音が聞こえてきます。 最後に「クレカ」を使えると言ってたのに チェックアウト時には、現金のみと言われました。 高い手数料を取られた挙句にカードキャッシング。 ここが最悪でした。。。

Close to everything you need.

Lovely large rooms, very comfortable. Large showers with good pressure and hot water. Clean towels everyday. Toiletries provided. Really good breakfast choice. Only thing we found was noisy at night being close to Pub Street. I had ear plugs and had no problem sleeping. Nice swimming pool. Towels provided. Walkable to all areas - pub street, night market, shops etc

Merveilleusement bien situé, en plein coeur de la ville ! Et pourtant... Dès que vous êtes côté piscine ou même dans votre chambre, c'est très calme. L'établissement n'est pas très grand, ce qui facilite la proximité avec le personnel, toujours avenant.

A localização é muito boa, perto da pub street (somente a alguns passos). Tem uma piscina agradável, rodeada por um jardim. O restaurante está na frente do hotel e é onde é servido o café da manhã. Não é buffet, há um cardápio com diversas opções de comida e bebida à escolha. Todos os funcionários foram muito cordiais, a única coisa que nós deixou incomodados foi a insistência, quando do check in, a fecharmos determinados passeios indicados pela funcionária do hotel. Sempre que passávamos pela recepção éramos inquiridos sobre planos, como foi o dia, às vezes de modo inconveniente. Contudo, deve se tratar de uma orientação do próprio hotel e que não mudaria nossa ideia de algum retornar!

The staff was absolutely amazing and the location was great. Right in the middle of the popular areas. The restaurant was delicious and breakfast was great. The property was old, and the linens were stained. The mattress was terrible and the shower was hot/cold, but never a consistent temperature. The pool was pretty dingy. If you want a low hassle hotel for a few days it's a good choice.

Apsara Centrepole Hotelを予約していたが、系列のApsara Residense Hotelにまわされた。 おそらく、70%OFFなど格安で予約を受け付け、わざとオーバーブッキングさせて、ちょっと離れたResidense Hotelにまわしていると思われる。 そのため、ホテル送迎つきのツアーをチェックイン前に申し込むのは避けたほうが無難。 Residense Hotelに関しては、外廊下のホテルのため、虫が多く、部屋に入ってくる。 また、椅子に関しては、背もたれが壊れかけており、危険な状態が放置されていた。 某サイトでは、Apsara Centrepole Hotelには喫煙所があるという記載があったので、予約したが、Residense Hotelは完全禁煙らしく、喫煙には苦労した。 テレビのリモコンがベッドサイドに置いてあるが、リモコンの受信機の前にスピーカーが設置されており、操作しづらい。netflixが利用できたのが、唯一の救い。 ご飯はおいしい。

リピートしました。

以前利用したとき、感じがよかったのでリピートしました。 スタッフがとてもフレンドリー。 客室も少ないため、スタッフがすぐに名前を覚えてくれます。 周りには安い食堂、お土産屋さん、マッサージなども多く、便利な場所です。
朝食は数種類から選びます。おかゆやパンケーキもありました。
