This hotel looks very nice. I called the hotel before making a reservation making sure they had a pool & hot tub as I had been driving all day. I was told they did by the manager. I arrived at the hotel & upon checking in, I was told that the pool & hot tub were closed & had been for several days. This was very disappointing. I was given room 125 then 127. After the first 2 rooms that were given to me looked as though a high school football team had been in there when I entered because the gal thought they were cleaned, Tyler (lovely girl at the desk), gave me the 3rd one, room 129. It was clean and I was relieved to relax for the night after driving for 12 hours.I went to the ice machine & there was a note on it stating it was broken and to please walk up the stairs to the 2nd floor ice machine. That one worked great! I got back to the room and soon discovered that I had no working TV & the air conditioner was broken. At this point, I am ready to leave to another hotel. Tyler asked me if I would give her a chance to make it right. She issued me another room, and personally went down to check it out & make sure everything was right. She came back with a smile promising she had checked it all out personally. I got to the room and it was great! The bed was very comfy, the room was clean, everything worked fine. Breakfast was great, the morning desk clerk was very helpful. The staff is awesome but the manager needs to get repairs done.
