Nice area, convenient to Bol airport, the breakfast is amazing, theres a coffee shop downstairs and near the Abyssina restaurant.

Great Hotel property. Around it things are
Beginning to build up but not the best location at the present.
Room was good, bed a bit hard but still ok for sleeping. A small thing is I ask Room service for 3 days for a coke or Pepsi. They never had. All they had was Miranda or Schweppes.
For the price it's the best I have stayed at in Addis and I've been going regularly for over 15 years. I will stay there again.
