Enjoy a peaceful stay at this modern 1- bedroom house in Side Lake. The cozy bedroom feature 1 full size bed and 2 twin beds. The living room has 2 recling loveseats and there is a futon availableupon request. With amenities like a washing machine, AC, and heating, your comfort is guaranteed. The bathroom is well-equipped for your convenience. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Side Lake and our house has to offer. House includes Indoor basketball hoop and fitness area. Large lucious front lawn to play in. Massive deck with facing the lake, equipped with a propane griddle and zero gravity lawn chairs to sun bathe. 100 foot tall red and white pines offer a shady retreat if needed. Sandy beach and a 60 foot dock. Boat avaliable. Paddle board and kayak available. Cold plunge ice bath can be set up upon request. Sauna is in the process of being built, and the wood shed is fully stocked for campfires around the lake. 2 mile ride to McCarthy beach and the side lake chain. Enjoy your meals at Bimbos Octagon for the best pizza around or stop by Riverside for a tasty Colorado Bulldog. 15 miles south Chisholm is located where you can find fine dining at Valentinis or possibly live music at one of their bars. Family owned pharmacy also located in chisholm open till 530 on weekdays and open till 1 pm on Saturday. Chisholm also offers the Red Head bike trail with miles of bike trails for the novice to expert levels. The Red Head bike trail is located by the Discovery Center where you can tour the museum and learn about the origin of the iron range, take a trolly ride and play mini golf. Chisholm, Hibbing and side lake are full of summer adventures.
Fall time offers many of it own adventures. 4 wheeling or side by side trails, hiking, grouse hunting ect...

Great spot right on the lake. The lake is quiet and we enjoyed spending time paddle boarding, kayaking and boating during the day and sitting by the campfire at night. We appreciated, too, that we were able to bring our dog. Oh, and I can’t forget the basketball court. The kids loved that! This is a great place for a couple or small family.

A perfect get away!

Kyle’s property is beautiful. Home was well stocked, clean and made for a perfect vacation. The large deck has wonderful lakefront views and spot for relaxing. The gym was a great feature for those who want to stay active and for fun family games of HORSE. Kyle was great in responding promptly through the reservation process and the neighbors are very friendly. The Side Lake Store is perfect for those things you may have forgotten, they are very friendly. We even caught a book signing by a local author and a wine tasting at the store. Highly recommend if you are looking for a beautiful lake getaway!
