Large, spacious Germaine house in a quiet location 10 minutes from the ocean

  • This beautiful and spacious neo-Breton house brought up to date by the children of Germaine (the former owner) has kept its authenticity thanks to the few pieces of furniture and objects they have preserved.
In the quiet countryside but, 10 minutes from the sea, this large house can accommodate up to 10 people for reunions with friends or family.
Outside you can enjoy the garden and the terrace.
If you like beautiful beaches (Le dossen, les amiets, Kéremma...), nature walks (GR 34), the historic towns Saint-Pol De Léon, Roscoff with its thalassotherapy, Morlaix (its pondalez houses and its viaduct), this house will meet your expectations
