"Staff is just amazing!! Front desk manager if 10 stars. We stayed 2 nights and at times felt we were in a cozy ski chalet. Some folks may write not so nice reviews of this hotel.. however… it is not the Ritz Carlton… if that’s what you are expecting stay somewhere else. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Would have liked a microwave but it was just down the hall. The breakfast was basic .. but included!!! Coffee, cereal, toast, fruit, yogurt. If you NEED more than that… McDonalds is right across the street. This cozy “inn” is in a great location in salmon arm. For the price.. you get what you get … we will definitely stay here again if we need to be in Salmon Arm!! Again.. cannot say enough about the front desk manager!! "

"This place was prefect for our needs, kitchen had everything including freshly roasted and ground coffee! Hosts were super friendly and helpful, even sharing fruit from the trees with us. Do bring your groceries with you as it is a bit of a drive to town. Very peaceful location, with eagles soaring and feeding on fish in the river. Would definitely stay again."

"This is a great little suite, tucked in behind a coffee shop. It has been beautifully renovated and decorated and everything is top notch. 10/10 on everything. We loved our stay.
The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with plenty of dishes, gadgets and sharp knives. The bathroom is beautiful and the rain shower is amazing. Super comfy bed and bed linens. Easy access, communication and parking. "
