Shurtah al-Qasimah Vacations from ￥139,912

Even though they say 24x7 check in, the front desk is closed for hours at a time everyday. I travelled for 6 hours and met someone else who had travelled for 14 hours and both of us had to wait for an hour to check in. The front desk was also closed the next morning when I had a question to ask

It’s kinda dirty, the elevator floor is so sticky that you think maybe they didn’t clean the floor, they need to add more lights since everything is too dark

Staff was awesome and helpful

Older casino but they are trying to keep it nice. Not a fan of the smoking in the casino but otherwise it’s nice
