Pour l'environnement, il y a une panoplie de restaurant et de magasin... nous sommes également à distance de marche (2 minutes) du marché. Il y a aussi plusieurs lignes d'autobus qui passent devant l'hôtel. Le seul bémol : la buanderie. Tout d'abord, la moitié des appareils ne fonctionnent pas. Également, les usagers de l'hôtel laissent continuellement leurs vêtements dans les appareils sans venir les ramasser et nous devons constamment appeler la réception à cet effet; comme exemple, un simple lavage que j'aurais fait en une heure (laveuse et sécheuse), m'a pris 3h30 (sans exagérer). J'aurais préféré aller à la buanderie à l'extérieur de l'hôtel, avoir su."
