「フロントが分からず車でさ迷いましたがチェックインはスムーズに出来ました。 部屋は満足出来るレベルでしたが、シャワー排水が詰まりぎみのシャワー室があり残念でした。 ジャグジーが遠くて不便に感じました。」

「Our room was tastefully appointed, and we have zero complaints. The staff was extremely professional and kind. The breakfast buffet was unbelievable. Highly recommend my only disappointment is that the beautiful European aesthetic was updated to be very modern. Most probably like that. I would’ve rather seen the old world Appointments to the lobby and felt that the contemporary light fixtures and art were pretentious and not in keeping with the old European Switzerland delight. 」

「The Sitzmark was the perfect place to stay in Vail, and I was very impressed with our experience there. They have the friendliest front desk staff who were super helpful and kind. Parking was super convenient right below the hotel. We loved the location in Vail Village and easy walkability to everywhere we wanted to go. Delicious fresh baked cookies every afternoon, and a beautiful European style breakfast that was complimentary each morning. The rooms were clean and modern, and the patio views...

「It’s a beautiful, quiet and clean hotel. The entire staff is friendly, happy and helpful. The concierges, Mark and Steve, are exceptional. They were helpful before our arrival and enjoyable and informative during our stay… very nice to see people enjoy their jobs. Umbrellas were available during those rainy moments…greatly appreciated. We will be back!!!」

「We like being on Peak 7, very easy access to the lift. Their lockers are very close to the slopes making it easy to get ready without having to carry your equipment all over the resort. There is always room in the multiple hot tubs and pools.」
