This inviting 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and classic southern charm. Ideal for family getaways, friend reunions and working professionals.

Relax in the spacious living room featuring a plush sectional, 65 in smart TV, and a decorative fireplace that sets the perfect tone for a relaxing movie night or a fun game day. Vintage style rugs and curated art pieces are inspired by Louisiana's culture and fauna.

-Chef-ready Kitchen & Dining
Cooking will be a pleasure in this fully equipped kitchen. The island is perfect for breakfast and coffee in the morning or a glass of wine after a long day. Share meals with the family at the dining table that seats six comfortably.

-Peaceful Bedrooms for Restful Nights
Each bedroom offers a comfortable retreat with crisp 100% cotton linens, cozy blankets, and blackout curtains to ensure a good night's sleep.
The primary suite features a king bed and spa-like en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and glass shower.
The second bedroom features a king size bed as well as direct access to the backyard. The third bedroom offers a queen size bed with a lovely view of our tree Bentley.
All mattresses are firm.

The en-suite bathroom includes a soaking tub and glass shower. A double sink vanity offers more space, helpful for busy mornings.
The second bathroom offers a combination shower & tub and sink.
Both bathrooms offer complimentary toiletries including hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, .

Perfect for letting kids and pets play and run around, while you sit and watch in the covered porch under the ceiling fan to help keeping you cool on those warm Louisiana afternoons.

Located in the historic South Highlands neighborhood, you're walking distance from pharmacies, grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops and the beautiful Norton Gallery and Botanical Gardens. A short drive will take you to Oschner LSU, Centenary College, Willis Knighton Pierremont, LSU Campus, Downtown Shreveport, the Airport, and Barksdale Air Force Base.

-Parking
You'll have access to the 2-car garage and there's additional driveway parking as well.

Please note: This listing is for the main house only. There is a separate garage apartment on the property with its own private entrance and parking. The apartment is completely separate from the main house, but you may occasionally hear minimal noise from other guests.
