"Parking area was close, convenient, and well lit. Room was quite clean and good sized. Good price booked through hotels, but hotel did accidentally double-charge us for room, charging our Amex even though we had already paid in full ahead of time on another card. Awaiting them to correct this."

"Excellent service. Very nice lady working the front desk. She was very helpful. The condition of room 225: Freezer in refrigerator was over iced and unusable. Bathroom door was battered and broken, the lower slat of its frame dropping onto the floor. The bathtub ledge had cigarette burns (This was a non smoking room) The white sheets on the bed although clean had grayed stains streaking across its underside. So although the front of desk was excellent, the maintenance and housekeeping needs improvement. "
