The pool was very nice and the staff brought me supplemental soaps and shampoos, as I am allergic to coconut and can't use what was supplied. I was so impressed! "

"Great room size. Clean and up to date. Amazing view. The Hyatt Vacation Club is better than the main hotel. Pools are better, rooms are bigger - I mean, you get a full kitchen. Which also saves money when you cook because restaurants are so expensive there. If we stay in Kaanapali again, we’ll stay here again."
