"The hotel is nice, the rooms are spacious and clean. Overall we had a very nice experience. There was not shower in the room, but considering that there are very nice hot springs available for the customers, this was not an issue. There were two issues however, the main and a major one at that is the mattresses. They were very uncomfortable. Mine was outright broken. There was a big sink around the lower half of the body. Something you get when the mattress gets worn out by sitting in that same area past its life cycle. That was quite uncomfortable to sleep on. I wish they'd replace these old. broken mattresses with new ones. Another issue was the water in the sink. There was only ice-cold water there. No hot water at all. It was very unpleasant to wash my face and brush my teeth in the morning. My hands and teeth hurt from the very low temperature of the water."
