「This property seems relatively new and in very good shape. Cleanliness wasn’t what we had hoped. There were crumbs on the couch, food splattered on the wall by the kitchen table and a sock left under the bathroom vanity from a previous visitor. I had to message the host for check-in instructions, but they responded very quickly with a message and follow up phone call to ensure we had what we needed.
