"The house accommodated 6 guests, plenty of sleeping spaces, adequate kitchen and living room. The location was beautiful and quiet. There was water/beach access, you have to cross the street to get there - but no big deal…that’s not why we were there. Kitchen was missing serving dishes, no big deal; bbq was a griddle (pretty cool), but I had to clean it - seemed like that wasn’t done in a while, no big deal though. Plenty of outdoor seating, lots of fun spaces in and around the house. Description of property mentioned issues with internet strength, but we didn’t seem to notice. Property management was easy to communicate with and very helpful/nice. It’s a great house and property. Everyone in our group said they would easily score it 4-stars or higher."

"Our family loved this property. It was a beautiful house, and we loved the beach access. Lots of opportunity to walk on the beach during low tide, and my daughter loved that the beach was sand (not rocks) so she could wade into the water. And I appreciated how well-outfitted the kitchen was."

"This property was even better than I anticipated. The only somewhat negative comment that I have is that a fire pit area would have been great, and the very large tree down by the water obstructed the view, but honestly, who really wants to cut down a tree?Now, with respect to the house itself. When you walk in the front door to the left is a washroom attached to the laundry room, which is very convenient. To the right when you walk in is the main floor master en suite. Everything was exceptionally clean and wonderful.Continuing into the main living area to the right is a very large living room with lots of windows. To the left is the kitchen area that again has wonderful windows, very open spaces and a breakfast nook type area off the kitchen and alongside the sliding door that goes to the outside area.The outside area is pretty fabulous. Beautiful flowers, wonderful landscaping, a picnic table, and a very large lot leading down to the water.Going back toward the front door as you walk in there is a stairway on the left that goes up to the upper level. On the upper level, there’s a bonus space that has twin beds and a really open area with a large window overlooking the backyard and the water.There is also two other decently sized bedrooms up there as well with a full-size bathroom.Our group included two couples and another person - upon initial review, I was a little concerned with what the layout was going to be. But it was great. Roger was very responsive!"

"We had a wonderful stay! The ocean view was absolutely beautiful and one of the highlights of the property. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the home was well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet getaway with amazing views."
