「Very good stay staff very helpful very clean 」

「The location of the hotel is pretty good, as it’s close to Himachal Tourism Lift and the Mall Road. The Hotel has 3 nice restaurants and a Breakfast buffet as well. Breakfast buffet was a decently good spread and tasted nice. However, the washroom smelled very bad, and despite a request to change room and fix the smell, the staff merely cleaned the washroom and sprayed a freshner. 「There is no fan in the property . We stayed for 3 nights even after requesting for a fan since after climbing the hill we used to pant and sweat in the sun the manager only provided us fan for a day rest of the days we had to survive. The owner had put in efforts for a good stay but the manager is not cooperative. No shampoo and lotion is provided in the hotel which is basic amenities」
