"This property is cheaper than other similar hotels more centrally. The hotel itself is great. Staff are multilingual (English and Mandarin), rooms are large and clean as expected. The location isn’t the best but to be very honest this worked out well. We wanted a quieter area with easy access to the trains. The Shiomi station is a short walk and there isn’t a maze of underground tunnels to get through to get to your trains. It’s a few stops to central Tokyo or Disney. The area itself isn’t great-there’s a large supermarket (large for Japanese standards) which we used for breakfast and convenience stores nearby. There’s a cheap but good rice bowl restaurant nearby. I think this is a good combination of price, large rooms and easy access while giving up on the neighborhood and view (which we don’t care about). By no means is the area unsafe. It’s just not as hustling as Shibuya. "

"Beds were comfy and the pajamas were nice as well! One awesome thing was the Family Mart in the lobby! The shuttles to the train station, mall and airport was very helpful! "

"Nice clean lobby and rooms! It was our second (third?) time to stay this hotel, and it has been always wonderful stays. It’s also super convenient to stay after spending all day at Disney land/ Disney sea. I love breakfast buffet as well. Staff are all very nice as well:)"
