「1: The rooms do not have a mattress for a bed. They use a futon pad on a platform. These are not only very firm but extremely uncomfortable. I had 3 of the worst nights of sleep in my life, and this was a major contributing factor. 「Property was clean but a little dated. Extremely small older model tv with no movie channels. We were there on a Sunday and the bar was barely open. The location was good for the district venue for the show we were seeing. Pool looked clean.」

「Very nice hotel, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, beds were very comfortable. The ambiance created by the hotel design was relaxing. The rooftop was a nice surprise. The only negative was that the listing said beach access and it was not by the beach. However downtown Norwalk and the beach area is less than a 10 minute drive. Will be returning.」

「This is a downtown location with a bit limited parking but otherwise has a small restaurant in it and good coffee area. Within walking distance of some good restaurants and is in safe area. Very friendly and accommodating staff as well.」

「I couldn’t even make it to the room because there was a homeless person in the hallway, a couple of people were arguing on the phone, and a family was waiting for the receptionist. The hotel looked dirty and I don’t recommend it to anyone.」
