The basement had all kinds of activities for our tweens to do. The host did amazing at communicating. We had a few glitches with the tv and coffee pot, but the host was right on top of it to accommodate. Would definitely recommend and will be using again. "

"All of the above. When we arrived I had neglected to ask for a first floor room because steps are difficult for us , especially carrying luggage. The desk clerk was so accommodating and found us another suitable room. The only complaint that I would have is that there is no elevator."
