No user manual and tv did not work. Wifi very week so had to go outside to connect. Shower waist broken and clogged so the base filled and overflowed with water into cabin. No bath mat so had to use a towel to clean up and share the other towel. Sink tap water pressure so weak can't even wash hands. Plaster work not finished and...

"We had a wonderful stay here. It was incredibly quaint, peaceful and clean. The location was perfect - close to all the key areas. We visited Bruton, Wells, Weston, Bath and Bristol. It took about a 30 minute walk to nearest pub. The little touches made all the difference, and the warm welcome (complete with Cider) was truly appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy, charming getaway. "

"We had a lovely two night couples break at Kimbers Farm. The shepherds hut is so comfortable and just the right side of luxury rustic! Possibly the comfiest bed I’ve slept in away from home. The wood fired hot tub adds a sense of fun and is easy to use. We also enjoyed cooking outside (gas hob available inside!). The shower/toilet “block” is great, well equipped and clean.
