"The room is very clean and the staffs were kind and full of hospitality. The problem is the trafic and trains are too noisy to stay as others mentioned, although it's fine for me since I's too tired for the long flight. The other problem is that either hotels.com or this hotel forgot to update the info. I booked this hotel because it seems that no pets are allowed. But, I saw someone taking dogs inside. That's pitty... Anyway, I recommend this hotel for temporal stay for transit and someone who can accept the pet animals."

"朝食会場のスタッフが、とても親切でした。外で食べるより割高ですが、料理の内容は良かったです。客室の清掃は、１５時前後にされるため、１５時前にホテルに戻ると、まだ清掃されていないことがありました。毎日、清潔できちんと清掃して頂いたので、特に問題に思うところはありませんでした。"
